At Driven, customer satisfaction is our top priority. And we’re committed to making your exchange process as smooth and hassle-free as possible.

What You Need to Know:
7-Day Exchange Policy: Items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
🚚 Exchange Shipping Fee: Standard shipping fee + pickup fee of Rs. 250 will apply.
🚫 Final Sale Items: Products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for exchange.
🔁 One-Time Exchange Only: Already exchanged items are not eligible for a second exchange.
🧼 Condition Requirements:
  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • All tags, labels, and hygiene liners must be intact.
  • For hygiene reasons, please wear underwear when trying on items. We reserve the right to decline exchanges for items showing signs of wear.
How to Request an Exchange:

  • Facebook / Instagram / WhatsApp

  • If you ordered via our website, please WhatsApp us at 0701245596 with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to exchange.

Step 2

📝 Our Exchange Team will review your request and respond with further instructions.

Courier & Delivery Info:

To ensure a smooth process, you’ll need to send the package via the courier service we provide.

If our rider picks up the return from you:

  • An additional fee of Rs. 250 will be charged along with the standard delivery fee.
